Introduction
The following documentation has been prepared to assist Telegram Co. in the preparation of automated product catalogs.
This documentation comprises five main components:
- Workflow overview – A summary of the key workflow components.
- Creating automated catalogs – A comprehensive guide explaining how your catalog is made.
- Library reference – Explaining in detail how the EasyCatalog libraries are setup and maintained.
- Master page reference – Explaining in detail how master pages are setup and maintained.
- Pagination reference – A list of settings detailing how your catalog is created.
Please note: All documentation in the Knowledge Base that is specific to Telegram Co. will be visible only to Telegram Co. staff who have been granted relevant access privileges.
Providing documentation as part of online Knowledge Base
Catalog Automation has chosen to move its customer documentation from a single annotated PDF into an information-rich online knowledge base. Moving to this format has a number of advantages:
- The inclusion of significant additional content including worked examples and very detailed technical reference material.
- The Knowledge Base may easily be accessed by all team members.
- The content provided is fully searchable, including FAQ and troubleshooting terms.
- Any future enhancements to materials referenced within this document will automatically be made available.
- Additional content is provided to assist your future learning and development regarding automated catalog production.
