The Show/Hide Fields option allows you to toggle whether a field is shown or hidden in a Panel view.
Right-clicking on a column heading with an EasyCatalog Panel allows you to Hide Field, Show All Fields and to Reorder Columns Alphabetically. In most cases is is easier to use this functionality instead of accessing via the EasyCatalog Panel Flyout Menu.
